It contains 8 traditional percussionrhythms from the village Baro in Guinee. The rhythms are described very deeply; from djembesolo to Dununba echauffement. Beside that the book also contains information about Mansa Camio and the musical background of the region Hamanah.
Rhythms from Baro is suited for beginners, but is also a challenge for (very)advanced djembe- en doundounplayers.
The rhythms are written in an easy to read notation and with the added cd’s you can listen and play along with the rhythms.
